Processing Times

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days.
Processing time may vary for custom or made-to-order items. If your order requires additional production time, this will be noted in the product description.

Please note: Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (Puerto Rico & United States): 9-15 business days

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or holiday seasons.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipping information and tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes available within 48-72 hours.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

  • Refunds for undeliverable orders may be issued minus original shipping costs.


Damaged or Lost Packages

We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

We recommend keeping:

  • Your order number

  • Tracking information

  • Photos of the damaged package (if applicable)
